Our benchmark for quality Educators comprises:

• CDA, ECE, Montessori degree or bachelor’s degree.
• Primary Lead teachers must possess Montessori experience.
• Montessori experience preferred for Assistants and substitutes.
• Classroom experience working with children from 6 weeks to 6 years.
• Knowledge about the Montessori philosophy and methodology preferred.
• A great attitude, initiative, strong work ethic, creativity, flexibility and abundant energy.
• Love and desire to nurture, guide and work with very young children.
